Finding your dream job is like going to the grocery store. You need a list to remember all the things, or at least you should take a list. Finding a job is no different.
What are your likes and dislikes?
What are you good at?
What are your skills?
Make a list, or a chart to help you find it out.
Then and only then start the search, because if you’re unemployed and start the job hunt without knowing what you want, you’ll be lost.
I was lost for many months. I only knew I wanted to work, to start a life without help from my parents, so I started job hunting without knowing what I wanted and ended up in a job I didn’t like. And let me tell you, it is not a good feeling, you go to work without motivation and you don’t do things properly, I know money doesn’t grow from the trees but if you do something you hate you will never be happy and you will never get that feeling that you’ve accomplished something.
So my advice is to make a list. Your pros and cons for the things you like to do and would like to work with and then cross them with the job search.
After that, start sending resumees and don’t lose hope, something will come up.
This too shall pass!!
